History and Mission Statement
McKenzie Builders, Inc. started business in 1984 performing high end new residential construction and renovation projects throughout the peninsula. Many of McKenzie Builder’s residential projects have been featured in home decorating publications such as Sunset Magazine.
In his quest for more diversification, Mark McKenzie, ventured into the commercial arena over the next several years acquiring a diverse background and expertise in all type of commercial projects ranging from high tech clean rooms to strip centers.

A graduate of Wichita State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Mark has also performed graduate studies in Systems Management with Pepperdine University.
Mark served nine years in the USAF as a B-52 command pilot and maintains several aviation credentials including an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and Lear jet type rating.
Mark carries over the discipline acquired during his military training into his management of McKenzie Builders insuring that client needs are always first and foremost.
